Pictures for your enjoyment . . . I guess
Here's some pictures I have of my trip down to Cedarville on the weekend of January 28th-29th, 2005. That had to be one of the coolest weekends of my life.

Dan and Sarah
These two were my group leaders. Dan's from Brazil and it's so much fun listening to him talk in his Brazilian accent, especially when he gets really excited, haha! Sarah's REALLY sweet (thanks for sending me the pics, Sarah!!). They're probably my fondest memories of that weekend. Thanks for making it memorable you guys!

Linda, Amy, Jenny, and Me
Here's most of the girls in my group. I don't know where Brittaney and Danielle were, though . . .

Brittaney, Jimmy, and Jordan
It's always fun being around these three because Jimmy and Jordan make fun of Brittaney and Brittaney pretends to be offended by it. Plus, Jordan's hysterical even if Brittaney isn't around to make fun of. Anyways, these three are great folks.

Kick Back in the Stevens Student Center
This was after the Bebo Norman concert (which was a really big drag . . . but anyways). I didn't go to Kick Back with everyone else because I was hanging out with my brother at his best friend's house. That also was something that made my weekend memorable.

Leadership Activites in the Doden Field House
We played some leadership-skill-building activites in the Doden Field House both days. This was taken shortly after we finished.

More Leadership Activities in the Doden Field House
Amy, Jenny, Jimmy, and Jordan get ready to play the "Land Mine Game."

The Land Mine Game
Several people had to kick their shoes off (the shoes are the land mines) into the center of two parallel lines of people. Then the shoeless people had to close their eyes while the person across from them shouted out directions across the minefield (I just so happened to be one of the eyes-shut people. It's really hard to walk when you can't see where you're going). The first team to cross the minefield without touching a shoe won. It's really hard to hear the directions being shouted to you when there's 500 other people in the room shouting at the top of their lungs! It sounded like a battlefield or something.

Lowering the Hoop . . .
Hardest game EVER! We had to hold the hula hoop on our fingers and lower it to the ground. Sounds easy, but it's soooo hard. I don't even think our group got it. If you don't communicate well with your teammates there is absolutely no possible way of accomplishing this.

Group Picture
Here we all are at the end of the conference. We're about to head on over to the Callan Athletic Center for the guys' game against Mount Vernon (we ended up winning 76-63).
